I was going to make a list of good things that happened in 2011, but then I remembered how it’s been the worst year of my entire life and decided against it. I’m too superstitious I think to write down any plans for 2012 in case I jinx it. Might be a bit braver later in the week.

Bit of a depressing thought, but I think Christmas really shows how well people know you. Sometimes good, sometimes a bit disappointing.

Life the last 2 days:
Went to work
Had to serve one of the other waitresses and her mum and that was major awkward
But it was alright because my boss was supplying me with pizza and amaretto and coke in the kitchen
Then gave me wine and a bonus for Christmas so all in all it was a pretty good night
Went home and fell asleep with the light on
Got up far too early to go shopping for presents...

Need to edit my personal statement again and re-email it off. I don’t actually want to, because I’ve barely touched my work in 2 weeks and I’ve just been looking on student forums that are full of pretentious 17 year olds that I’m competing with and now I feel old and pathetic. Yaaay.
